Description
A pair of 1860 United States Presidential political ferrotypes. One depicting the Republican Party ticket of Presidential candidate Abraham Lincoln (obverse) and Vice Presidential candidate Hannibal Hamlin (reverse). The second depicting the Democratic Party ticket of Presidential candidate Stephen A. Douglas (obverse) and Vice Presidential candidate Herschel V. Johnson (reverse). Both are affixed by ribbon of the period to the business card of N. L. Willbur, Teacher of Piano, Organ, Harmony and Counterpoint, 37 Dudley St., Providence, R.I. Diam.: 0.875 in. (each)
