17 1/4 x 16 in. wooden frame housing a combination of sixth and ninth plate images, including 4 daguerreotypes, 13 ambrotypes (some ruby), and 7 tintypes (overall wear to frame, including areas of loss, original backing replaced with cardboard attached using duct tape, which is not stable).

Top row features 5 sixth plate portraits, including (from left to right): ambrotype of young child; daguerreotype of young woman (image cloudy); ambrotype of toddler seated in chair (surface wear); tintype of armed soldier ("alligatoring" to surface); tintype of young woman under mat stamped "Robinson" at lower left.
