An elevated outdoor view of former President Theodore Roosevelt's processional during a visit to the Ohio capitol. Roosevelt had visited Columbus in February 1912 to deliver an address to the constitutional convention at the Statehouse, but this appears to be from his visit on 30 September 1918 where he dedicated a memorial arch to fallen soldiers.
