TECO Shallow Water Diving Helmet Rubber Mask WWII Era

Item Details

Description

This is a Thompson Engineering Company (TECO) shallow water diving helmet. This helmet or rubber mask utilizes twin air hoses that hook to a TECO union. Masks like this were used for shallow water diving jobs in tight condition, such as inside sunken ships. This example also has a vintage air control valve attached as well. The mask is in presentable condition with the rubber straps missing. The rubber is aged and along the back edge has three small holes. Unique design has made this quite collectible.
