Condition: The overall condition is  good structurally with the following: Structural Issues: There are two medium sized holes in the center back skirt at kneed level and a small hole on the back left arm near the elbow. Split/Separated Seams: There are several areas where the velvet ribbon trim is separating from the dress, mostly on the front right chest, center front waist, and lower right skirt.  Fading/Color Change: The lace neckline has darkened slightly along the front. Soiling/Spots: There is some light-moderate soiling throughout the bodice lining at the neckline, shoulders, and under the arms. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
