Description
An Egyptian faience ushabti, 30th Dynasty - Ptolemaic, c. 344 - 30 BC, on integral base and depicted mummiform, wearing tripartite wig and false beard, arms folded across chest, hands holding a pick and hoe, bag over left shoulder and vertical plinth down back. 4 1/8 in (10.5 cm). Well-preserved, glazed now an off-white with light deposits. Ex Nomis Antiquities.
