A Roman silver 'Legionary Denarius' of Marc Antony. Imperatorial Rome, Marc Antony. Died 30 BC. Silver Denarius struck c. 32-31 BC at Patrae? Praetorian galley with rowers. / An eagle between two legionary standards. Dia: 16 mm, 2.96g. Wear from circulation but very historical as it was struck in the run up to the famous Battle of Actium were Antony and Cleopatra were defeated by Octavian. Ex Los Angeles private collection.
