Description
Iron, silver and gold inlay. Japan, Edo period
Nade Kaku, a rounded square iron tsuba carved in high and low relief showing a landscape with the moon, plants and bulls. Details inlaid in silver and gold. Unsigned; the fuchi-kashira of iron with carved landscape with water, details with nunome-zogan.
Condition: There is some rust and detachments of foil inlay, however, it becomes smooth and fit, as feel of passing times, both shitodome missing
