Transitional Federal walnut tall case clock, Joseph Badman (1780-1844), Douglas/New Hanover Townships, Montgomery County, c 1810/1822, swan's neck pediment with a central urn shaped finial over a tombstone shaped bonnet door, enclosing a painted dial 8 day movement, moon phase, flanked by turned columns front and back over a molded edge base over a molded cove molding over a waist door with invected top corners, paneled base raised on turned legs, signed by the maker above the key winds and covers an eight-day movement, the false plate is signed MB Allebach. 93"h x 19 1/4"w x 10"d
