**Originally Listed At $150**

Pre-Columbian, Costa Rica, Guanacaste/Nicoya region, ca. 200 to 600 CE. An axe god pendant finely carved from a smoky green jade, with specks of black, grey, and white, with the lower section a nice celt form, the upper section displaying an abstract avian motif of angled shapes and linear streaks, perhaps to indicate the beak of the bird, as well as stylized arms that are folded at the side. A laterally-drilled hole is visible behind the upper area. Size: 1.3" W x 2.95" H (3.3 cm x 7.5 cm).
