Hardeen, Theodore (Theodore Weisz). Pair of Typed Letters Signed, “Hardeen," to Joseph Kolar. Indianapolis and Dunkirk, N.Y., [n.d.]/1928. On Hardeen’s “Successor to Houdini" letterhead, one page each, the first assuring Kolar access to his handcuff collection and responding to Kolar’s offer to design a Christmas card and other artwork, and providing his upcoming route; the second an account of the recent S.A.M. conference at which Hardeen introduced Kolar’s “Too Long" trick, described as “quite a sensation." Letters adhered to each other at top left.
