Description
A bronze head from Macau, 20th century and a bronze incense burner from the 19th century. The head is of a smiling, happy elderly male figure. The incense burner is a tripod and has 2 handles. It has a 16-character mark on the bottom.
Dimensions for the incense burner, including the handles, are: 3 1/2 inches tall X 4 3/4 inches wide. The head measures 6 1/4 inches tall X 3 1/4 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: The incense burner is worn with age and has a small hole in the side. The metal on both pieces is tarnished.
Provenance: Purchased in 1974 by the current owner. From a collector's estate in McLean, Virginia.
