Condition
Rare second edition of anatomical plates of Eustachio, complete with plates engraved by Seiller. The work, edited by Lancisi, has anatomical tables of Bartolomeo Eustachio, completed around 1552, they had never seen the light; They were rediscovered by Lancisi by printers De Rossi in Rome, and published only in 1714, without the text to which the Eustachian wanted to relate. The Eustachian anatomical tables are particularly innovative, and could revolutionize knowledge of the anatomy of the sixteenth century.
