George III Sterling Silver Warwick Cruet Frame
hallmarked London, 1761-1762, by John Delmestre (1700-1782), of traditional cinquefoil form raised on four acanthus-scroll legs and union shell feet, with five circular molded receptacles faced by a laurel-mantled cartouche, all surrounding a central baluster standard with rococo ring handle, fitted with one large, h. 6-3/4", and two small, h. 5-1/2", baluster-form casters, with spiraled finials, and two vasiform glass cruets cut in a diaper pattern with sterling caps en suite with the casters, h. 6-1/2".

Condition
One of the smaller casters has a shallow dent and two "pips". Both cruets have a small chip to their
bottom edges; one of them has a few additional fleabite chips to its bottom edge. Both cruets are slightly
discolored and exhibit some staining/accretions. In overall good condition.
