Issued to help pay for “cutting the CANAL through the CITY of WASHINGTON.” Signed in brown ink by “Daniel Carroll of Duddington”. This Lottery Ticket is for “such prize as may be drawn to its Number” measures 4” x 1.5” and is complete as issued.
