Bronze plaque commemorating the centennial of the banking enterprise of the Bleichr?der family. [Germany], 1903.
Obverse: figure of a woman holding a shield with the legend "Labor Omnia Vincit" [Labor Triumphs over All]. In the background are mountains, a bridge and factories. On the bottom are names of five members of the Bleichr?der family and their dates of birth and death. Signed: "G. Janensch, 1903" [Gerhard Janensch]. Reverse: a tree, on each side of which is a dedication in German from the workers of the banking company S. Bleichr?der, commemorating the company's centennial.

The banking company S. Bleichr?der was founded in 1803 by the Jewish-German banker Samuel Bleichr?der, who served as a representative of the Rothschild family. Later the company became a family business.
