East Greek, ca. 600 to 550 BCE. A small Greek lydion (vase whose shape may have been inspired by Egyptian forms) used for storing perfumes; it has black paint over much of its body, which is an earthy red. Size: 3" W x 2.8" H (7.6 cm x 7.1 cm)
