ENGLISH LUSTRE CERAMIC ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising one pitcher having a blue slip ground and copper lustre on rim, base, and handle, and painted images of a house and landscape as well as the words "Sarah / Hewitt / Leicester / 1820" opposite the handle; one vase having copper lustre on rim and base with polychrome floral design; and one pitcher having molded fruit and vines on sides, polychrome coloring, and copper lustre. Unmarked. Staffordshire and other areas. 19th century. 4 1/4" to 6 1/2" H.
Small copper lustre and blue pitcher are undamaged, vase is undamaged, and larger pitcher has several hairline cracks at the rim and flake on front side of rim.
