Condition consistent with age and use. Heavy scratches and nicks are observed throughout the top, with an area of bubbling to veneer noted along the left side and an approximately ½ inch area of wood fill seen to the front right corner. Mild scratches and cracks are seen to the front and drawers, with scattered small losses to veneer noted. An approximately 3 inch horizontal line of small losses is observed along the bottom of the top drawer. The left handle is slightly loose on the top drawer. A large horizontal crack is seen through the center of the left side, with possible wood fill observed along. Small losses to the veneer are noted to the right side, with areas of bubbling to veneer seen along the bottom edge. Scattered nicks are seen to leg edges, with possible wood fill noted to the top of the right front leg. Two front ormolu sabots are slightly loose. An elegant example overall.
