DIAL: Very good. HANDS: Very good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Very fine scratches on plate; Burr on back edge of fourth wheel cock; Minor localized spotting and staining; Balance endstone setting with minor oxide; Significant losses to black engraving infill; Very dirty and dusty.
