DIAL: One hairline in enamel from seconds bit to 3:00 and a small scratch between center arbor and 3:00. HANDS: Good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine marks and scratches on plate; Specks of dirt and debris. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks). COMPLICATIONS: Functioning correctly, circa 1890
