Description
Seth Grosvenor (1748-1808) Rev War soldier. Grosvenor was a corporal in a troop of horse in 1775. He was commissioned captain in a battalion ordered to be raised in 1777, under Col. Samuel McClellan. He fought at the Battle of Bunker Hill. 7 ¾” x 13” autograph letter signed, January 16, 1802, to ,Grahing Evan. “…I have got the Deed recorded….”
