A large octavo. x, 235pp. 1st Printing With a Foreword by Paul W. Tibbets. A hardcovered book, with a photograph of Enola Gay on the cover. Black and white photographs throughout. Signed on the title page in blue ink by seven crew members from the atomic bomb mission. The following signatures are included:

On August 6, 1945, the crew of the B-29 Superfortress Bomber Enola Gay dropped an atomic bomb nicknamed "Little Boy" over the southwestern Japanese metropolis of Hiroshima. A total of 46 Silverplate B-29s were produced during World War II, with 29 of these assigned to the 509th Composite Group and 15 used to carry out the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Included in the atomic bombing mission, along with the Enola Gay, were the Straight Flush, Top Secret, and Necessary Evil.
