JAMES G. BLAINE (1830-1893) American politician, a two-time Secretary of State. Partly-printed D.S. ‘J. G. Blaine’, 1p. oblong 8vo., [n.p., 188[?]], fine content Western Union telegram to the secretary of the Mayor of New York.
