appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition, i.e., no apparent rim chips, hairlince cracks, etc.; there is a faint short scratch mark to the center of the plate, located at the base of the woman's neck, not of great consequence; no apparent losses to any of the raised turquoise blue enameled dots; gilding in overall good condition; not blacklighted
