SIGNED BY WOODROW WILSON AS PRESIDENT on front flyleaf 'Woodrow Wilson / Washington, D.C. / 3 November 1915.' Wilson took office in 1913, serving 2 terms as President before being excluded by Democratic Party leadership from running for a third term in the 1920 election. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1919 for establishing the League of Nations in the wake of World War I.
