Description
STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFER-PRINTED CERAMIC PLATTERS, LOT OF THREE, each having blue transfer scenes, comprising one ovoid form well-and-tree example featuring Castle of Boudron from the Caramanian series, one having Grazing Rabbits scene depicting three bunnies, and one depicting Camel #1 with a figure astride a dromedary with mosque in background. Marks to underside include impressed "Spode" and "ROGERS / 16". Spode, Stoke-on-Trent; John Rogers & Son, Longport, England; and other. Circa 1825. 16 5/8" x 11 7/8" to 18 1/2" x 14 1/2".

Condition
Camel example having two cracks, one with some minor associated losses; Castle of Boudron having an approximately 13" L curved crack near one end; Grazing Rabbits example probably broken in half, having moderate restoration.
