ANTIQUE / VINTAGE STONE, RHINESTONE, AND OTHER METAL BELT OR DRESS BUCKLES, LOT OF 12, each one or two-part form with brass or other metal frames having one or more stones, glass stones / rhinestones, or other material, including two brass buckles each with two carnelian or carnelian-type stones, two buckles with mother-of-pearl or mother-of-pearl-type cabochons, a gilt reticulated buckle with several turquoise-colored glass cabochons, a Coro layered leaf-form buckle with glass / rhinestone cabochons, and a brass/brass-toned buckle with felt layer and a blue glass cabochon. Gilt reticulated buckle marked for E.A. Bliss Co. of Meriden, CT along with "25" mark on each half, Coro buckle marked, remainder unmarked. Late 19th/first half 20th century. Longest buckle 8 3/8" x 2" OA.

Most in very good overall condition with some wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including worn spots/losses to metal finishes, one or a few spots/areas of oxidation, some bending, and/or possibly one or a few repairs; gilt reticulated buckle with a few cabochons having annealing lines; buckle with round leaf-form sides having a chip/loss to one glass stone at one end, bars on back possibly replaced, and a split to clasp loop; buckle with three speckled blue glass stones / rhinestones probably lacking latch piece on back.
