Collection includes a period J.F.K. Democratic Candidate for Congress campaign handout (condition poor) together with (2) 8" x 10" campaign photographs (reprinted by David Powers in the 1960's) of J.F.K. parading with the Bunker Hill Knights of Columbus, and also a photocopy of a paper written by David Powers regarding Kennedy's first campaign. A second file includes (3) photographic portraits of J.F.K. 9" x 7" (and smaller), accounts of his earliest campaign, an introduction by David Powers at the Charlestown Rally on "Kennedy for Congress" letterhead. (toning) and other interesting material regarding Kennedy's first political campaign. Condition: See Description Notes: Beginning of working relationship and friendship between Dave Powers and J.F.K.
