The canvas has been stretched over and laid down on board. The reverse of the board has been adhered to two thin vertical wooden spacers that are subsequently adhered to a much larger board. The paint surface is in good, clean condition. Upon inspection under ultraviolet light, there are no visibly apparent signs of inpainting or other forms of restoration.
