BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Utrecht and studied at the night school Academy there - the Kunst Avondacademie and was a pupil of amongst others of John Bevort and Cor van Dingelen. Thereafter his uncle - Piet Brouwer, lecturer at the Rijksacademie of fine Arts at Amsterdam - continued as his teacher.He engaged in study tours of Italy and Spain and exhibited in Germany and the USA.Inspired usage of colour and atmosphere have ensured that his works continue to be extremely popular.He was a member of the International Organization of Free Art.
