"South-Carolina in the Revolutionary War Being a Reply to Certain Misrepresentations and Mistakes of Recent Writers in Relation to the Course and Conduct of this State". Written by William Gilmore Simms under the pen name, A. Southron in 1853. Published by Charleston: Walker & James. Dimensions: H 7.5" x W 5.75" x D 1" Condition: Protected by contemporary hard shell. Pages with age toning. Some staining to edges. Binding slightly loose but still bound. Some pages with light tears on edges.
