Cai Wenzhi born in Huanggang County, Hubei Province (Xinzhou District, Wuhan City). Graduated from the ninth period of the Whampoa Military Academy and the thirteenth period of the Army University. Lieutenant General of the National Revolutionary Army.

Chen Lifu 陳立夫 (21 August 1900 - 8 February 2001) or Ch'en Li-fu was a Chinese politician and anti-communist of the Republic of China. Chen was born in Wuxing, Zhejiang, China. In 1925, Chen formally joined Kuomintang in San Francisco after receiving his master's degree in mining engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
