Description
Chinese calligraphy scroll written by Bao Keming (Chinese, b.1932). Wild style cursive characters dedicated to Chen Xiangmei (Anna Chennault) that detail's the artists feelings upon being reunited with Chen Xiangmei after thirty years of not seeing one another. Spring 1991. Ink on gold flecked paper. Approximately: 34" x 26". Overall, Approximately: 73" x 30".Condition: Occasional light crease to blue silk boarder.Provenance: Gifted to Anna Chennault by Bao Keming, a high ranking Chinese politician, in 1991.From the collection of Anna Chennault (Chen Xiangmei).
