Flattened folds, light browning, minor soiling, remnants of adhesive, else in near fine condition .*This Broadside is mounted to a board that does not detract from its value. Scarce broadside issued by the Ashkenazi Rabbis of Jerusalem reaffirming their ruling forbidding the secular education of Jewish children in the Holy City of Jerusalem â€œunder pain of excommunication".
