A Maya Bowl, copador El Salvador, Post-Classic, c. 600-900 AD The exterior painted with a band of pseudo-glyphs, and a band with two lords apparently lying down with feet and hands in the air. The interior has one band painted with three stylized fish (dolphins or whales). In excellent condition, no apparent repair or restorations; minor black root marks and other stains from an archeological context. Provenance: The Lands Beyond, New York, NY Diameter: 7 inches
