James Stockdale PSA 8 Signed Bookplate. Wonderful Example.
A decorative bookplate from Kenyon College Library measuring 4.25" x 3.125" slabbed to an overall size of 7" x 4". Features the inscription, "Vice Admiral USN (Ret) CMH" and boldly signed "James B. Stockdale". Encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA and given a Near-Mint to Mint 8 Grade.
James "Jim" Stockdale was a United States Navy vice admiral and aviator who was awarded the Medal of Honor in the Vietnam War, during which he was a prisoner of war for over seven years in the infamous Hỏa Lò Prison.
