Large chromolithographed view of the volunteer-run Union army relief campus at Philadelphia with crowds cheering a regiment of troops departing for the southern battlefields. 26x33¾ inches sheet size, wide margins; foxing and soiling to the margins but image generally clean and bright, left edge a bit worn, other small closed tears; embossed blindstamp of the "Union Volunteer Refreshment Committee" at lower center.
