"The only true and correct picture of that horrible slaughter pen, copied from the original sketches made by Felix de la Baume, late Sergeant of Co. 'E', 39th Regt. NY Vols. who was a prisoner of war at Andersonville from July 9, 1864 to April 19th, 1865". Lithograph on paper. Paper size 20 x 26”, Image size 19 ½” x 25 ½”. Incredibly detailed, with a key at bottom identifying individuals and features of the camp. Shrinkwrapped in a mat. 6" tear from left center edge, chip and stain upper left corner.
