Hand-sewn, double appliqued small cotton stars arranged in 6 rows of 6 on a small cotton canton, machine-sewn and pieced cotton stripes, the linen sleeve hoist with seven whip-stitched grommets with ties. (Dimensions: 62 in. x 84 in.) Provenance: Collection John Armiger Jr., Cowan's Auctions, September 6, 2005, lot 879.
