A pearlware Toby Jug, circa 1800
Of traditional form, seated with a jug resting on his knee and steadied with his right hand, a pipe resting between his feet, simply coloured with a green coat speckled in blue, his breeches and waistcoat left in the white, his shoes and hat picked out in brown, 24.9cm high
