Two Staffordshire 'Nightwatchman' Toby Jugs, circa 1830
Modelled seated on a chair with its back rail forming a spout to the rear, the larger jug with a bright blue and yellow lantern held in his right hand and resting on the brightly coloured marbled base between his feet, the smaller jug with a grey lantern resting on his lap, 20.2cm and 22.4cm high (2)
