An original Appointment of Walter F. Boyle, of Georgia to serve as a Foreign Service Office of Class four. Authentically Countersigned, "William Castle" as Acting Secretary of State. The attached, official Embossed Paper Seal is sharp, fully intact and in good condition. In overall excellent condition and perfect for framing and display.
