An original appointment of Walter F. Boyle, of Georgia to serve as a Foreign Service Office of Class four. Stamped countersigned, (Henry L Stinson) as Secretary of State. The attached, Official Embossed paper Seal is sharp, fully intact and in good condition. In overall excellent condition and perfect for framing and display.
