Description
Dating to the turn of the century, this fascinating mounted photograph features a collage of dozens, if not hundreds, of photos of babies. Captioned “The Crop Thats Never Scarce in Utah," it pokes fun at the propensity for local Mormons to have large families. Known to have been produced by a Salt Lake City artist named C.W. Carter, few copies are believed to have survived. This is a choice example. Photo is in fine condition with only minor wear along the corners.
