Handwritten notes by President Richard Nixon, from a collection of documents given by Nixon to his biographer Earl Mazo, who wrote "Richard Nixon: A Political and Personal Portrait". Published in 1959, the book's source material was written near or before 1958, when Nixon served as Vice President.
This sheet is headlined "Pro-America" with the notes "Hearst - Letter to Hoover" underneath, and then "Batting average around 200 / Commies hide under Marshall's reputation. / Bank Robber - would you trust man who said - 2) my friends - 1) they didn't do it - 3) they didn't steal much..." Single page on ruled legal sheet measures 8" x 12.5". Light toning and soiling, in very good condition.
