Description
A Japanese teppo, late Edo period Somewhat depatinated ichikaku barrel with hakkaku muzzle in 4 Monme, somewhat over-polished sahari nunome inlays on the top and at the muzzle, the mon of a samurai family at the breech, the right pan with a folding brass cover. Smooth lock with internal spring and iron cock (the lock action defective). Kashi wood shaft, the lacquer on the forearm knocked. The left side of the shaft numbered "Dai Sen Ni Hiaku Shi", together with an armoury brand mark. Length 107 cm. Condition: II - III
