Description
3 Chinese 19 Century Porcelains: an incised Vase in Yellow glaze over biscuit with 4 groups of incised flowers with pairs of symbols of the 8 Immortals and the base yellow glazed with incised 6 character Kangxi Mark, together with 2 Teapots with porcelain flanges at the shoulders for overhead wire handles and single holes inside bases of spouts, 1 enameled with Roosters and Flowers and a Tongzhi seal mark to base, the other with Fu Dogs in iron red with calligraphy in black and a seal mark to base. Yellow vase 13 1/4 inches (33.5 cm.). Rooster Teapot width from side to spout 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm.). Fu Dog Teapot width from side to spout 6 3/4 inches (17 cm.).
Condition
Age related wear to each, Yellow vase with spot of glaze on base flaked and worn with small scratches, Rooster Teapot with chip to tip of spout and a few minor, small flakes to mouth and cover, Fu Dog Teapot missing metal wire handles and a short hairline at side of spout.
