**First Time At Auction**

Western Europe or United States, ca. early 20th century CE. A life sized plaster and wood model created for medical research that shows the anatomical parts of the male urinary tract. At the top are the two kidneys, and the left kidney is sectioned to show the inner anatomical details. The ureter runs from both kidneys to the bladder and urethra. Hand painted, this piece was likely used as a teaching model but would certainly make an interesting piece for a doctor’s office. Size: 21" L x 10.5" W (53.3 cm x 26.7 cm)
