Condition: The overall condition is good structurally though the velvet and satin lining at the arm holes is starting to separate from the seams. There is a separating seam along the front left neckline where the hook and eye closure is attached. There is some mild soiling throughout the lining, most noticeable where it attaches to the velvet facing at the back, and the satin is starting to shred at the hemline in various spots. There are areas in the velvet pile that have been flattened. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
